Another Multi Service project - Blood Donation and support for underprivileged school children held at Bandaranayake M.V Seeduwa.

On 17th of october 2009, multi service project was organized by Lions Club of Maitland, leaded by Project Chairperson Lion Daniel. The venue was at Seeduwa, Bandaranayake M. V and there was a total of 400 underprivileged children benefited from the project.

The project jointly held with support of various organizations and seeduwa police. The chief guest was Second Vice District Governor Lion Wijitha Manamperi. We had a good time with those children and also a big thank to Lion lady Manorani Daniel for coordinate the project. Also, special thanks for People Bank, Seeduwa for donating 50 saving account books specially designed to support children. The event started around 9.00 am and ended around 1.30pm.

Also, blood donation camp, eye screening and health screening for school children were held at same time.

Thanks to Maitland Lions for leading this project and also project chairman Lion Daniel and Lion Lady
Manorani for job well done.
