Lions Club of Colombo Maitland is a Club under the Lions Clubs District 306 C – 1 in Sri Lanka affiliated to The International Association of Lions Clubs. The Club is established on 25th October, 1993 and International Registered Club number is 54989.

From the Inception the Lions Clubs of Colombo Maitland has been involved in Service Projects to the humanity. The Club had been carrying on with the Missions and Visions of every International President and every Sri Lanka’s District 306 C- 1 District Governors Programmes during the past Lionistic Years.

At present and in the future too the Club is committed as a team to dedicate their time energy and resources to help the needy and engaged in humanitarian services.

The Club plans its own service projects as a team for every Lionistic year along with the each years elected International Presidents, and our own District Governor's programmes in Sri Lanka.

Most of projects are organized and targeted at the grass root level and beneficiaries are the Ordinary People, Remote Villagers, Shanty Dwellers and the Downtrodden of the Community.
